Lunch & Learn (Oct) - Council Structures

Does everything need to be decided at a full council meeting? Can we set up a committee or a sub committee and what can it do?  Would we be better off with just a Working Party? These and many other questions will be answered on today's course. Aimed at Clerks, Chairs and other Councillors.
