Code of Conduct Training (May)

Code of Conduct Training 2 - 2.5 hrs (£45)

This new course is designed to give you an overview of the Code and how it affects you as a councillor.

• What is the Code and when does it apply?
• Is it mandatory?
• What is a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest?
• What is the Ledbury Ruling?
• What happens if there is a complaint against a Councillor?

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions during the session.

By booking a place on this course you are committing the council to pay for it, please ensure you have the authority to do this. If in doubt, please speak to your Clerk beforehand. You will receive a Zoom link to the training via email as soon as you place a booking. Please check your junk mail if you do not see it arrive and contact the Notts ALC office BEFORE the day of the training.
