Code of Conduct Training 2 - 2.5 hrs (£45)
This new course is designed to give you an overview of the Code and how it affects you as a councillor.
- What is the Code and when does it apply?
- Is it mandatory?
- What is a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest?
- What is the Ledbury Ruling?
- What happens if there is a complaint against a Councillor?
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions during the session.
