Great chairs run meetings that set the council up for success – with robust decision-making processes and whole council engagement. This session is for Chairs newly elected in May or any existing Chairs who would like to brush up on their knowledge and skills. What duties does a Chair have? How do I chair a challenging meeting? How do I get the best out of my fellow Councillors? Come along and find out – tea, coffee and biscuits included, as well as the opportunity to chat to your fellow Chairs.
